After completing her military service, Vania pursued her education at the University of Texas Moody College of Communications, earning a Bachelor of Science in Communications Studies. While still in college, she kick-started her career in marketing as a Marketing Manager for Vitaminwater and spokesmodel for Hawaiian Tropic and Miller Lite, setting the stage for her future in the industry.
Professional Journey:
Vania enjoys traveling with her English Bulldog, Enzo, snowboarding, wakeboarding, and spending quality time with her family and friends.

COO & Managing PartnerCrystal is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, and Digital Analytics. She earned her Bachelors of Administration in Accounting from the University of Texas in San Antonio, earning her CPA license post-graduation. Crystal achieved her Executive MBA from the prestigious McCombs School of Business where she met her now business partner Vania Austin.
Throughout her impressive career, Crystal has held executive leadership positions in prominent U.S. and global financial services companies where she has been recognized for building high-performing, results-achieving teams. A master at using data to create value and optimization, her analytical approach goes on to consistently elevate client experiences and enhance business outcomes.
Giving back to the community, especially through organizations that support young adults, is an important part of Crystal’s professional focus. She has been a mentor for Business Careers High School and currently serves on the board of directors for the non-profit PEARLS Foundation that focuses on improving the lives of teens in foster care. When she’s not hard at work, Crystal indulges in her passion for globetrotting and outdoor adventures, spending time with her children and Chihuahua mix, Lacey, and savoring the magic of live music.
